Q: What is registration?
A: In order to publish your profile and start communicating with men, you must register by choosing your user name, password and enter basic information about yourself. The general principles for creating your personal profile are as follows:
- Be specific, focus more on your best features
- Be sincere and honest.
- Write like you talk. If you are going to be wordy, have something interesting to say.
- Stay consistently positive and confident without seeming annoying and arrogant.
- Be proud of who you are and wear it confidently in your language and in your tone.
- No insecurities, no diatribes about past relationships, no spelling mistakes, no superficial wish list about money and looks.
- Include your full name (including middle name, if applicable)
- If you have children, please indicate their ages.
- Indicate your complete home address, including street name and postal code. Also, please indicate all your contact phone numbers. Your profile will not be publishes if either of this information is missing or is incomplete.
- Attach your picture. Remember, men are visually stimulated and your picture is the key to get someone interested in reading your profile. A simple shot of you having a good time will make him think maybe you would have a good time together too. To some men, it doesn't matter what the profiles says if the picture doesn't spark interest. Note. We do not publish profiles without pictures.
- Last but not least, remember that you must have fun writing your profile. If you have fun writing it, the reader will likely have fun reading it.
Q: What is Identity Verification?
A: In order to authorize your profile for posting on our site, you will be contacted by a Find Hubby representative for identity verification. This is required to minimize the number of scammers who are trying to register on our site. As a part of your application, you are required to enter your phone number, which will not published on your profile, but which will be used by our representatives to get in touch with you. In case if you don't have a phone number, your profile will not be published. While entering your phone number, please be sure to indicate the country code, area code followed by the appropriate number. If your profile is not published for a long time, that means that we were unable to get hold of you via phone number or email address provided at the time of registration. In this case, please contact us via email or phone, indicating your first and last name, and if possible, the date you registered your profile.
Q: How long will it take to complete subscription process?
A: The estimated time frame for completing subscription process is 24 hours or less. Should you provide us with inaccurate contact information, your profile will be rejected.

Q: I receive an indecent message, what should I do?
A: You should be suspicious of any message from an unknown user, containing requests for sex service or any other similar type. These should be reported immediately.
Q: One month has already passed since I posted my profile and I have not received a single message from any man, what should I do?
A: One of the main reasons why you have not received any messages after having your profile posted online is your photo. Posting a bad photo or worst, posting four different photos from four different stages in your life is the biggest mistake in online dating. This leaves a man wondering, "Who is this person?" All photos that you post on an online dating profile MUST BE CURRENT!!! He's going to find out what you look like when you meet, and there is no reason to lie about your looks. Also, post a picture capturing your smile. Remember, there is no better adornment to your face but a happy smile!
Another reason why you are not receiving replies from men you've contacted could be that these men are not paid members. We allow men to sign up for a free trial membership to test our service before making a purchase. This membership allows them to perform searches and see information about you, but your contact information is not visible to them and you also cannot contact them. Only paid memberships allow men to be contacted and see your contact information. You can still add men with a free membership to My Hot List or even send them a message. They will be notified by e-mail. Frequently these men eventually become paid members, especially when they know there is a woman who is interested in them.

Q: Can I register with eLove Market if I am not 18 years old yet?
A: Unfortunately no. You may register your profile with Find Hubby only if you are 18 years or older.
Q: What are photo requirements?
A: You may post any type of photo as long as it acceptable from the moral point of view. Your primary photo must clearly and prominently feature your face. Blurry photos or photos that do not show most of your face may be rejected. Your primary photo must be recent (within the last 2 years). Illustrations, drawings or caricatures are not acceptable for your primary photo. Both color and black-and-white photos are acceptable. We strongly discourage pictures that include your children. You should not freely disclose images and names of your children before you are comfortable with someone new.

Q: What is Upload Video?
A. Upload Video refers to video clips stored in your profile. This is a place where you can upload, view and share your video clips, and most importantly, help the person who is interested in you get a better impression of you.
Q: How to upload a video?
A. You may add you video in “Upload Video” submenu. Click BROWSE. Find your video file. Click OPEN. Add a comment or brief description about your video (suggested). Click UPLOAD VIDEO (will take no more than 5 minutes). Once your video is uploaded, it will be seen under the “My Videos” bar on the “Add Videos” page. Maximum file size – 2Mb. Acceptable formats: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg. As a registered use of Find Hubby you may upload up to 6 video clips.
Q: What kinds of video content can I upload?
A. All video on Find Hubby must clearly and prominently feature you. We prohibit videos with explicit pornographic contents, dangerous or illegal acts, violence, accidents, dead bodies, hate speech, slurs, threats, or harassment. Should choose to post a video clip featuring one of the above mentioned contents, your account will be terminated immediately.
Q: How do I create my profile?
A: In order to create your profile, you must first register, pass identity verification then fill up your profile, including “About My Match” field. Note. If you don't fill up “About My Match” your page will not be available for search results.
Q: Will you publish my profile if I don't have photo?
A: Unfortunately no. It's simple: Profiles with catching photos stand out from the crowd, so without a photo, you have no chances of being seen! The more unusual, memorable and interesting the picture, the better responses you will get. Think of it. Who are you more likely to contact? A member with a photo or a member without one? Although looks are not everything, 80% of dating searches are based on appearance and physical attraction. Upload your photo now to increase your chances of meeting the right person.
Q: How do I change the order my pictures?
A: If you want to replace your thumbnail photo with another one, you may do so by clicking on the picture you choose to mark as thumbnail and then press 'Thumbnail'.
Q: How do I put my profile 'on top”?
A: Everyday new members register with our website, which means that in search results your profile's place will be taken by a new member. However, every time you log in to your account, your profile is move 'on top'. The more often you visit your profile, the more noticeable you will be.
Q: How do I change my personal info?
A: You may change your personal info by clicking on “Edit My Profile” link.
Q: How do I add a photo?
A: Log in and click on ‘Upload Photo'. Click "BROWSE.". Find your photo file. Only jpg files can be accepted. Maximum file size is 2 MB. Click "OPEN." Click UPLOAD PHOTO (will take no more than 5 minutes). You can have up to 9 photos that will create a complete image of yourself. Only one photo can be set as your primary – thumbnail photo seen in search results by members viewing your profile. You may also email your photo to support@findhubby.com Please include your username and password, attach your photo and send it to us.
Q: What are the guidelines for posting a photo?
A: The guidelines for posting a photo are as follows:
1. Your primary photo must clearly and prominently feature your face. Blurry photos or photos will little exposure of your face will be rejected.
2. Your primary photo must be recent (within the last year).
3. Illustrations, drawings or caricatures are not acceptable for your primary photo.
4. Both color and black-and-white photos are acceptable.
Q: How do I delete a photo?
A: Go to “Upload Photo”. Select the picture you would like to delete, then click “Delete”.
Q. Why I am unable to add a photo?
A. The main reason of your inability to upload a photo could be the inappropriate formatting or file size exceeding 2Mb. In this case you must either minimize the size of photo or change it into jpeg format. In case if a gray field appears instead of a picture, then it could be the case of server failure. Please try again.

Q. How do I deactivate my account, or edit my contact information or personal profile?
A. To deactivate an account, or to edit your contact information and personal profile, simply log in to the site, go to the Edit My Profile section and look for the appropriate tools that will guide you on how to proceed. Note. Deleting your account is an irreversible command. You information will be permanently deleted.
Q. How do I change my personal email address?
A. In order to change your password or email, you must first log in into your account. Click on My Settings, then click Update My Private email or Password Options. Enter your new email address and verify it in the boxes indicated. Click Update. Note. At the time of email/password change, a new verification message will be sent to you. Please follow the link for confirmation. In case if you have provided an incorrect email address and are unable to confirm the change, your profile will be still active, but it be used still the previous email address.
Q. How long is my profile active?
A. You profile will be active for 45 days from the date of your last log in. One month before your profile will be deleted, you will receive an email notifying you of this. In one word, if you want to keep your profile active, it is sufficient to log in at least once a week.

Q. How do I delete a specific message?
A. ‘My Mailbox’ menu stores all your correspondence. You may delete entire correspondence related to specific users, by checking the checkbox and pressing ‘Delete’ button. If you choose to delete particular messages, click on the username folder, select messages you would like to delete and then pressing ‘Delete’ button.
Q. How do I send a message?
A. To send a message, click on ‘Send Message’ icon, that will open a box allowing you to send a personalized message. Type in your message then press ‘Send’ button. An on-screen confirmation will notify you that you message has been sent.
Q: What is a wink?
A: A wink is a convenient way to let someone know about your intentions to initiate a contact. In addition, you can send an ice breaker along with the wink, which will allow you to start a conversation without any delays. Sending a wink is very easy. Once logged in, simply click on the wink icon from the profile of the member you are interested in. Once the wink is sent you will receive an on-screen confirmation. You also have the option of viewing who sent you the winks in your Mailbox. Click on the screen names to find out more about these members and may be even wink back.
Q. How does a user know that I sent him a message?
A. The user will we sent a notification to his private email address, letting him know that a new message is awaiting for him in his mailbox.
Q. Where will the reply be sent?
A. Your reply will be sent directly to user’s mailbox.
Q. How do I open a message?
A. If you like to open a new message, click on the number featured next to ‘New’ link. This will give you access to all the new messages you have in the mailbox. To view ‘Received’, ‘Sent’ or ‘All’ messages, please click appropriate links.
Q. How do I stop receiving email at my private email address?
A: If you would prefer to NOT receive email notification at your private email address, simply log in to your Mailbox page, and then uncheck the boxes that say, "Notify messages" and "Notify Wink".
Q. Why can't I use my personal email for correspondence with someone?
A. Our secure mail system is designed to keep all the messages private and secure in your “Mailbox”. By choosing to use Find Hubby mail, you are not only avoiding thousands of spam messages to be sent to your personal email, you also protect your identity. Find Hubby goes to great lengths to protect your identity online. We protect your personal information, and all original email headers are stripped and re-created to protect your private email address. This protection is vital. Besides, your correspondence on Find Hubby is strictly confidential and no one has access to your “Mailbox” except you. If you decide to exchange personal email addresses with another member, your anonymity is no longer protected.
